About Cassi Mothwin

Cassi Mothwin (she/any) is a multi-award-winning tabletop RPG designer, writer, and illustrator active since late 2021. Her indie works include The Sticker Game, Tangled Blessings, Carved by the Garden, What Crooked Roots, and Clean Spirit. She and her work have been featured in Dicebreaker, Gizmodo, Polygon, Ars Technica, Forbes, and numerous other indie tabletop RPG blogs, videos, and podcasts.

When she’s not working on her own projects, she’s usually reviewing or exploring other indie tabletop games developed by her incredible peers. You can find some examples of this on her YouTube and TikTok channels. She enjoys video editing, video games, and reading a lot of genre fiction. I guess she enjoys tabletop roleplaying games too.

She lives in St. Louis, Missouri with her two cats and spouse. If you’re in the area, you should visit the zoo. But do not ask her for restaurant recommendations.
